Why Coaching Might Help You (for individuals, teams, and groups):
Would you like to make changes in your personal or professional life but are not sure where to start? Do you notice long-standing patterns that are holding you back? Have you tried to make changes in your life on a specific topic without much success? Are you wanting to find your voice? Do you want to be true to yourself? Do you want to embrace your strengths and vulnerabilities? Do you want to be recognized as the leader you know you can be? Are you going through a transition in your personal or professional life and are not sure where to go next? My coaching will help you make and maintain those changes, even if you do not know where to start.
Why I Became a Coach:
As a leader and as a psychologist, I have continued to learn and train to find different ways to help individuals build new skills. Coaching provided me with the opportunity to be laser specific in that regard.
I chose to train with Integral Coaching Canada since they are the only school endorsed by the Integral Institute. The model is based on Integral Theory, which is holistic and inclusive. It is scalable and customizable, allowing for flexibility.
My Experience as a Coach:
I was first introduced to the Integral Coaching model in 2018. I saw how powerful the model was in creating significant changes in a short period of time in the people who were coached. Hence, I undertook training with Integral Coaching Canada and, in 2024, completed the Integral Mater Certification. Since October 2025, I am certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach, meaning my coaching skills and experience have been formally evaluated at an advanced level.
I have worked with a number of individual clients since 2021, both on personal and professional topics. I have also lengthy experience in facilitating workshops and working with teams.
What I Offer Those I Work With:
Because of my life experiences, personal and professional, as well as diverse training, I have been able to provide different types of coaching.
I can provide those services individually, as a group, or a team. I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals.
My Approach:
The Coaching approach I use, Integral Coaching, is based on Integral Theory, which is Developmental in nature.
Using this structured process, the first step is to become aware of your current situation. After all, if you don’t know where you are, how can you get directions to where you want to go?
Once you explicitly and objectively see where you are, it is then possible to identify and work more effectively with long-standing patterns. To build the ability to move in a new direction, we will develop structured activities.
Shortly after each session, you will be provided with a written summary of your specific topic, insight you will have shared, and recommended practices we will have developed together. After completing them, you will be invited to reflect in your journal. To help deepening the reflection, you will be provided with daily and weekly prompts / questions.
This process will help you sustain change and nurture it as you develop over time into a fuller and freer version of yourself, whether it be in your personal or professional life.
Since I am also certified with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator – Step I and II Certification, I have tools that can be used for Individual and Team Coaching.
My Philosophy
I use a strength-based approach, building on the skills you already possess and developing new ones to enable deep and lasting change. The practices are co-created, consistent with my belief that you are the expert on yourself.
